Ginger Pear Yogurt Crunch – 1 Serving

  • 8 oz fat free plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 pear
  • 3 tsp sliced almonds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/8 tsp ginger
  • Stevia to taste


Put yogurt in a bowl. Stir all ingredients into the yogurt and enjoy.
