Roasted Carrots – Serves 3 | DINNER

Ingredients:

  • 6 carrots
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

Peel and slice carrots and toss with oil and salt. Spread in one layer on a cookie sheet lined with baking paper. Roast at 350 for approximately 30 minutes.
