Portobello Mushroom Pizza – Serves 4 | LUNCH

Ingredients:

  • 4 Portobello mushrooms, stems removed
  • 8 tbsp reduced sugar tomato sauce
  • 4 oz mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Top each mushroom with two tablespoons of tomato sauce and one ounce of cheese. Bake at 350 until the cheese is melted, 10-15 minutes. Garnish with tomatoes if desired.
