Baked Tilapia with Tomatoes

Ingredients:

  • 4 3 oz tilapia filets
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced,
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1/4 tsp each cumin, turmeric, paprika, salt, and black pepper

Directions:

Arrange filets in baking dish and sprinkle seasonings and parsley evenly. Top with sliced onions and tomatoes. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
