Inositol, sometimes called vitamin B8, is a vitamin-like substance that promotes nervous system health and mental and emotional wellness. Nutri-Supreme's Inositol is in the form of myo-inositol.

Directions:  As a dietary supplement for adults, take one to two (1-2) capsules one to two (1-2) times a day with food or liquid, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Instructions:
