Flax Seed Oil

Flax Seed Oil contains Omega-3 Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA), and Omega-6 Linoleic Acid. Omega-3’s have a broad range of health enhancing properties.  Flaxseed, the richest source of alpha linolenic acid, supports cardiovascular, immune and skin health.

Directions:  As a dietary supplement for adults, take three (3) capsules, two (2) to three (3) times daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
