Roasted Cauliflower – Serve 6 DINNER

Ingredients:

  • 1 32 oz bag frozen cauliflower florets
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic

Directions:

Thaw cauliflower and toss with remaining ingredients until evenly coated. Spread evenly on a cookie sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to an hour.
