Chummus – 12 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cup cooked chickpeas
  • 3 tbsp sesame butter (such as Marnatha)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cumin

Directions:

Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor, blend until smooth. Water may be added, one tablespoon at a time to reach the desired consistency.
