Ingredients:

  • 2 cups salad greens such as romaine or mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup grape or cherry tomato
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion
  • 5-6 basil leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 oz mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • Pinch black pepper
