Shipping & Delivery- Our goal is to deliver your products securely and timely.NutriSupreme.com will send you a shipping confirmation e-mail letting you know when your order has been shipped.
We will also provide you with a tracking number so you can track your shipment. Free Shipping applies to most orders over $99.00.
NOTE: Most orders ship the same day if placed before 2 PM EST (Monday - Friday) and if all items in the order are in stock. Additional charges will be applied if the delivery address is incorrect, or if the package needs to be forwarded to a different location. Standard Ground Shipping Continental U.S. is only 1-6 business days, depending on your zip code. Monday - Friday Delivery, Shipping & Handling charges range from $6.95 – $8.95.
Returns & Replacements: If you need to return any part of your order within 30 days of the purchase, please ship directly to NutriSupreme Research, L.L.C. 4315 14th Ave. B'klyn, NY 11219. Please return the unopened item in its original packaging (unopened seals). The refund will be for the item minus the shipping charge. Before returning an item, please contact us at 1-718-853-0644 during our customer sevice hours, or email to firstname.lastname@example.org. For your protection, we suggest you pack your items carefully and send your returned items insured. Include a copy of your invoice with the item you're returning, so that you can receive a merchandise credit.
